The technical inspection is carried out in accordance with the NIVRE Guideline for Structural Recordings. In this guideline, it is laid down how a reading should be recorded, namely, which terms are used for which defects.
The inspection report contains a list of existing structural and/or other relevant defects/imperfections, which can be seen with the naked eye in an Object. The defects shall be clearly described and, as far as possible, recorded by means of visual means. If no structural or other relevant defects are observed in a part/room to be inspected, the following statement will suffice: no comments.
