During the construction process, we also keep an eye on whether the excavation pit and/or surrounding buildings are not damaged or are subject to settlement. Monitoring prevents the construction process from being unnecessarily halted. Hektec works according to the SBR guidelines: limits for vibrations under which damage is very unlikely to occur. Damage is only likely to occur from a technical point of view if it these limits are exceeded significantly
